Big Cottage Holidays believes in using only the most reputable and respected holiday agencies to feature on our website. We firmly believe in local agencies, with knowledge about the local area and who know their cottages inside out.

Whilst only using well respected cottage letting agencies to ensure the best possible service, we act merely as an advertising service through which local holiday cottage agencies can advertise properties to Holidaymakers. We do not own nor have we inspected nor do we have any control whatsoever over any property listed on our site and we make no representations or warranties regarding any of the properties.

The contract for each holiday let is made between the customer and the advertising holiday letting agency featuring on our website.
